Background not showing

Hi there,
i uploaded the background and it shows the icon in the admin section set it to show Chart Area but no BG shows up.

Any idea?

Hi Ajtai

After uploading the image you have to select where to show the chart image like in chart div or only in chartarea space. You have not select any option in chart setting. Select chart div or chart area button in edit mode of chart. After doing this , if error do not remove than share your backhand details at

hi Zaheer, I sent you the login details to the site could you take a look. I selected the bg to show for the div and nothing happened. Tried to other way as well still didn't show.
I would be grateful if you could fix this. Thanks very much.

A non support related question:
Is it possible to remove the units from the vertical axis the client doesn't want to show the numbers there.

This was the issue ,now you can create charts and give background image.It is possible to remove the units from the vertical axis but it is not available in our package. we will have to add this feature for you. You can contact to our sales team or Contact Us info@wdmtech.com
