I'm having exactly the same problem Howard, vchart suddenly stopped working for me out of the blue and although I've had brief email contact from the guys at WDMtech they cannot offer a solution other than "let us log in" which I'm understandably reluctant to do. I can understand having a system of verfying that a new install of the extension is using a valid licence, but there's absolutely no reason for it to stop working randomly once that six months paid support has expired.

Hi, as per my email of 12-Sept, are you able to tell my why my vChart module has suddenly stopped working properly? Details with images are in my email. I know you have been looking at it, but no-one is responding to me. I did get one short email saying it had been fixed, but it was actually 10x worse. Thankfully you had backed-up my website and were able to restore the previous settings, but vChart is still not working. Can I expect a response from you at some point? Thanks
