Accessing Data from Joomla to run on VChart

We couldn't find any order associated with your Email ID. Please contact us from your subscribed Email id. You can find the email on Contact us page.

I currently have a database on Joomla and am trying to run it on VChart. I have the extension but I am unable to obtain the data any time I try to Chart Data from Existing Database from RSFormPro!. If it's possible to speak with a tech specialist, that'd be great, because as of right now VChart is not serving its purpose at all for us.
