Given the response given in my last support request of what seems would be a simple and easy reply, I have decided not renew my subscription. My query is showing the data with decimal places and the options you pointed out earlier in this post do not appear to work as expected. Ongoing renewal of a subscription assumes support for simple request like this. I was not asking for any enhancements to the application. Just that it works as expected.

I know it has been a little while, but do you recall what changes you had made to this query? I had forgotten that there were adjustments and it seems to not be working after I had to update it.

Per your reference to the filed labeled 'Vertical Axis Value' I do not see an option to change the formatting. I did however change the 'Label Line Style' to 'Decimal Formate' for my one chart that has values less then 1.0 I still get no bars in the chart. For the other chart that has larger values I still just get whole numbers when I hover over each bar.

Did you change the number formatting to decimal as per your requirements?

I have the 'Vertical Axis Value' set to 0.00 - 1.50. the data in the database shows value with 2 decimal places. When I test the Query in MySQL all is good. Copy and past into vChart. For the other chart that has higher values I set the 'Vertical Axis Value' to 0.00 - 100.00. and also only see whole numbers when I hover over the chart for each bar in a stacked bar scenario.

Please choose the number formatting for Vertical axis values in formatting tab?

I have data that I am pulling that has values of.54, .75, .86 and so on. However, when I go to chart the data I get nothing in the chart. I have also noticed that other charts that have values such as 89.32 seem to be rounding out the decimal but I would like the data to be as precise as possible.
