Unfortunately, It's not possible. A reply to your Email has also been sent. And It's been explained that It's possible with vMap if we customize it not with vChart.

Can we add province and cities inside countries?

I mean I have my own chart in CSV format or KML how I appear it in My Geo chart

when we choose region in GeoChart type there only
'World','Africa','Europe','Americas','Asia','Oceania'

You mean KML? It's there in Google Map API. Google chart API doesn't support it.

How I can add my map as KMZ or any format to read region from it?
I need to read my local region in my city
