is there an option to show popup information on labels the same as it is on the charts?

Hello,
There is an option in backend set set the threshold value, You .1 means 10%, If the value of any data point is less then 10% it won't show up on Chart would rather be merged with Other. You can decrease this value to include all the data points. Please check attached screenshot.
