Adding commas to thousand in value breaks the annotation chart was created by Craig

I need a way to add comma to thousands (ie 12,020) in the value field of an annotation chart without it breaking the chart. How can this be done?

You can find the option in formatting section. Please change the number format for Vertical Axis.
