Traditional Chinese characters for Series Name fields etc. not displaying

Dear Technical support staff:
As title, only chart title can display Traditional Chinese characters, the rest (series name, pie chart label title, ... etc) will turn into scramble. please see the attached pic for more info.
And please help us for this issues.
