Orientation Style option is reversed in Bar Chart

Your backed Orientation Style is incorrect. Toggling vertical results in a Horizontal layout and horizontal in a Vertical layout.

Couldn't recreate this issue. It seems you are checking this in filter section. In filter only horizontal layout would work.

What do you mean only horizontal will work?

See screenshots showing the orientation when vertical is set (the chart is displayed horizontal) and when horizontal is set (the chart is displayed vertical).

Orientation is about the alignment X-axis horizontally or vertically. So in this respect It's correct and this is how Google Chart API works.
