Hello I need to translate to spanish, How can I do that?

Here are the steps:
1. Go to components/com_vaccount/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_vaccount.ini
2. Copy file to another language folder e.g. Spanish components/com_vaccount/language/es-ES/es-ES.com_vaccount.ini
3. Open it and start replacing english language text with Spanish or any other language you want.
4. Same for back end. Done

Can I get an extension to change the language???

You can use Google translator to translate the file in one go and then modify the text strings which do not make sense as Google translator doesn't translate each text string correctly...

Hello, I changed words, for example FILE = "Archivo" and upload the file at the subdirectory
/public_html/components/com_vaccount/language/es-ES
I add a File with de screenshot.

Is this ok??? What will I do to select the spanish languaje for the front end???

There is an option in Back end to change the Front end or Back end language. Please check go to Extension -> Language Manager and Install the language bundle and then select the language you want to switch to. Language bundles can be downloaded from here: community.joomla.org/translations.html
