Thanks for the suggestion. We are already working on vAccount 3. This feature has been included in this version along with many other features.

Transfer funds within accounts was created by Paul Aydelott

This has turned out to be a needed feature. Presently, the only way to do it is to create expense items to withdraw funds. Then create income item to record deposit in other account. A bit awkward.
