Unable to select User on creating new invoice templates was created by Craig van Beek

Trying to create invoice templates, however unable to save without a user selected. Selecting the user icon brings up a list of users however selecting any users does nothing other than return you to that same box but moved to the top of the screen (can just make out the close button after this)....
