Expenses Don't Show up on Lists

Almost set up -- but a really odd problem, maybe the symptoms will reveal the problem:

I've added three expenses, all seemed to go fine.

- The expenses show up in the Vendors list, with the vendors they are attached to.

- The expenses don't show up in the Expenses list.

- The expenses don't show up in the Dashboard, which says "No Data" under Expenses.

- I can't edit or delete these expenses.

I can delete the expenses if I go to the admin dashboard, but not from the regular one.

I have my vAccount configured and it appears to be working -- except:

Whenever I enter an expense, that expense can be found listed under that particular vendor, but it doesn't appear anywhere else. It does not appear on any list of expenses. The account shows no expenses at all.

What do I have configured wrong that prevents listing of expenses?
