I type in an amount. The system multiplies it by .6

I purchased and installed the system yesterday. All was well.

Then I entered amounts (USD) in both income and expense.

The system changes $3.00 to $1.80. It changes $47 to $28.20.

There's a setting wrong somewhere, but I can't find it. I just want $47 to record as $47.
