Visible income/expense front end/back end permissions

I have everyone listed in the same "group" and nothing works. I want everyone to see the same thing and have the same access.

Ok, how can I share everything within the user group?

Right now there are two options.
1. User can see his/her records only ( this is what you are using at the moment )
2. You choose to share everything within a user group. But in this case every user is same. Everyone can see records of each other within a particular group no user have more privilege over other.

I have a client that only wants to use the front end to see everything his employees have entered for income and expenses. He has full super user access and is part of the same group as everyone. When he logs into the front end all he sees is what he entered, not everything in general for the budget. They are in their expense/income time and he's realizing he can't see anything.

How can I adjust settings so he can see everything hitting the income/outcome budget? Help please.
