Yes I noticed that but it would be more useful to have like a checkbox in the add menu item view (with Todays special option) and then have a view to list all dishes of the day, like I said before: because anyone can check what can they eat today!

This way the dish of the day can be inserted by the registered user and not by the administrator

I have been working with the vrestaurant's component and modules on my website and it has great features for restaurant publishing. Iam very satisfied whit this extension and it has a great support!!

Here are a few suggestions to improve this great extension on the next realese:
- Add a view to list the current user favorite's restaurants

- Add to a restaurant the "Today's special":
This would be a great feature to implement, because a registered user could insert the "dish of the day" of his restaurant. Then you can add a view to list all the restaurants dishes of the day, this would be very useful, because anyone can check what can they eat today!

- An option you can implement in the map search layout (not very relevant), is a button to show restaurants near me, with the browser auto location
