Import/Export problems

Where can I find the updated files? I downloaded again from the "my orders"-section and installed it, but version numbers are the same and the issue with the special characters is still alive. E.g in the export file "ß" is shown as "ß". And "ö" as ""ö"
Import has similar problems as before.

I did the changes and now that point works.

After that, I did an import and found another issue: the import has problems with special characters like ä, ö, ü and so on, we have in the German language, maybe same problem in other languages different from English.

Do you know about that issue? Is there any workaround for that available?

You don't need to change anything, You just need to have your data in a CSV file to import. Please send us your login credentials via Contact Us form if it doesn't work, we'll look into it.

how can I configure the language settings of HexData an the content-plugin?
The component doesn't work for me, I think the problem are the regional setting. I need to change components setting to work with an German Excel.
please help.
