I cant export articles

I bought the HexData component but I cannot create a profile to export my articles which I need to import into another Joomla 3 site

When I click new profile or edit the default profile, I only get

1. Plugin
2. Title

I do not get other fields like in the documentation. I need to use it to transfer some articles

Please change error reporting to none in Configuration -> server tab and then try again. If you still get the issue, Please send us your login credentials via Contact Us form, We'll check it.

I now shows up but give me an error when I try to export

<b>Fatal error</b>: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in <b>.../plugins/hexdata/custom/custom.php</b> on line <b>722</b><br />
