Product Import showing blank screen

Hello,

The product import for the articles is not working on Joomla! 3.3.1 Stable [ Ember ] 11-June-2014 13:30 GMT. I just get a black joomla screen as shown:

I have tried it for the Joomla 2.5 version and it seems to work fine.

The login to see the password protected folder of the website is WazeGroup2014 and password is WazeGroup2014.

I have attached the data file I was using.

Hi,

Please try to disable error notification in Global configuration. Set it to "none". If it doesn't solve the issue please send us your back end login credentials via Contact Us form

I have the same problem. I've already used the component in Joomla 3.2.4 some weeks ago with sucess. Now I'm trying to import other data from a .csv but after I've chosed the profile and the file when I go on to import I get a blank screen. Error notification in Global configuration is already set to "none", I can't give the back end login credentials.
Please let me know how can I solve the problem.

Please install the firebug add on on Firefox browser, then repeat the process after opening the firebug console, On the step where you are getting blank page, You would see a request and response message in Firebug console, Please let us know the response message you are getting from server. Please see the attached screenshot...

I get the same response on the previous steps of the importing process.

It seems to be a jQuery conflict. Please comment line number 23 in components/com_hexdata/hexdata.php (Add // at the beginning of the line). Please let us know if it doesn't solve the issue...
