Problems with customization

Please let me know What do you want us to tell you, This is what we did to your site:

We logged in to your site administrator went to module manager and tried to modify module settings, then we find out it's a jquery conflict and can not be resolved just by using back end, so I asked you for the FTP details and logged out of the site.

The site is down. The root site is good, but the site under where I installed the module is down and I can not access to the administrator. Perhaps something happened when you entered the administrator? Please tell me because I need to unpublish the module in the database ..!

I want to display one item at a time as shown in the first demo, but although I have tried several settings always shows 1 item and part of the next, in addition to showing the buttons in disarray. Also I can not see the item image.
