HexData loads Joomla admin panel into plugin block

Hi,

I am trying to create a profile to export using HexData. I go to "Profiles > New" and when I select "HexData Custom" from the dropdown menu, the Joomla Admin page appears behind the dropdown.

This is a Joomla 1.7 site. I am attempting to export the data from this site to migrate to a 3.2 version.

If you have any insight into what may be causing this, please advise.

Hi,

You get two HexData packages one for Joomla 2.5 and 3.x and another for Joomla version 1.6, 1.7. Which one You've installed?

Hi Danish, Thanks for your response. I installed the 1.6 - 1.7 version on this site running Joomla 1.7. The other version appears to work fine on the Joomla 3x site although I have no data to import.

Any ideas on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
