Order Files Upload - File not in cart/backend-orde

At first: Thanks a lot for your support. After your suggestions I made some tests and I think I found the problem. The plugin doesn't works in child-products. In master-product everything works fine, in a child of this product, "Order Files Upload" doesn't works. I will make more tests to confirm this issue.

Maybe you could make some tests too and confirm this – and take a look at this for a further version of the plugin.

I will send you the german translations to include them, if you want. If more language-strings are extracted from "hardcoding" let me know, I will translate them for you (for example the Error-Message...)

Thanks for the reply. Cart attribute is/was set to Yes, but there is no (code-)output in the cartview.
It's a live site and I can't send ftp-/backend-login. I will set up a clone on the same hosting-server and send you the logins for the clone...

Is the Cart Attribute parameter set to "Yes" in plugin settings, If you not please change it to Yes and try again. If it's not the issue, Please share your back end & FTP login credentials via Contact us form. We'll look into it.

I forgot: the rights for (joomla-root)/vmorder-designNuploads/ are on 755.

And if we get working the plugin, I can send you the german translation files (some text-strings are hardcoded somewhere and can't be translated).

I just purchase the Order Upload for Virtuemart. But now I get some Problems, it doesn't work on my shop.

In product-view, the upload seems to work




but in the cart there ist no file attached




same problem in backend, there's no file attached within the order




The folder (joomla-root)/vmorder-designNuploads i didn't found on my server, manually created, don't changed anything. Some suggestions to solve the problem?
