Export problem

Hello,

When I export a csv file, it is unworkable. There are spaces everywhere and impossible to open with excel.

Thank you tell me how or when to make a refund of the component. I bought your component only to be able to extract databases from the back office, but if the files are not readable, it becomes useless.

Deeply apologize for the inconvenience, We've already sent you updated package. Yesterday we released a new version of HexData. And you were the first customer to buy that. But unfortunately that was with a BUG which has now been corrected in the latest been which is already sent to you. Please get back to us if you find any issues with that.
