HexSys Product Size Plugin

Hi,

1 - When I try to use Product Size Plugin in Joomla 2.5, I could not find the option to set User Input Field.
What can I do to have user input field in this case?

2 - I tested it in Joomla 3 and the option to set User Input Field is there. When I use DROPDOWN price changes when I change entries. But when I choose User Input Field the price is not updated when I insert different width and height. I need to add to cart in order to see the price. Does it work like this?

So, if I can't use User Input Fields in Joomla 2.5 and if I have to add to cart to have prize updated, in Joomla 3 the extension does not work as promised. In this case I would like to be refunded.

The price updates automatically on product page itself, you don't need to add to cart to see the updated price. There seems to be some conflict, Please send us your back end & FTP login credentials via Contact Us form, We'll look into it.
