We don't refund in the following cases:

You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected to or installed on your Joomla website (Templates, Components, Modules, and Plugins).

Unfortunately you do have the same issue.

Our development team checked your site 6 hour back and didn't find vQuiz extension. i think you have removed vquiz extension.

Hi,
We looked into the issue, and It's a jQuery conflict with module Slideshow CK Module. You need to uninstall the module to make it work. Please let us know if you need any further assistance..
