HexData install problem

Hi, have purchased and installed hexdata and install did not trhow any errors. However when I try to start the profile manager I get the following

An error has occurred.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Try reinstalling the package again, and check if it starts working fine. If it still throws the error please send us your back end login credentials at support@hexsystechnologies.com, We'll look into it.

Tried reinstall. Same problem - Site & user details sent as requested.

It was a problem specific to user's database, corrected on his site..
