Parameters and Formats for Bubble Charts in vChart

I have installed the vChart component and need more information about the parameters and formatting of the parameters.

I am trying to create a bubble chart with 3 series (see attached). I assume "series name" and "title color" are formatted as shown in the attached.

What is the "Bubble Header Title" and how is it formatted?
What is the "Region Text" and how is it formatted?

Further, how do I enter chart data manually? I have check the option but am not sure where to place the data.
