Hex Export with any plugin not working

Hi,
Please send us your back end login credentials via Contact Us form, We'll look into the issue. It seems to be a profile misconfiguration issue or some conflict with other extensions.

I just bought the entire $60 dollar package. Installed the component and all the plugins. Created the profiles for export. Click on the export and I get the "blank white screen of nothing".

Running Joomla 3.3.6

NEVER have I had any problems with any components not work. I run a tight ship! Why do the exports not work? Do you not support Joomla 3.3.6?
