Hex Export with any plugin not working

I just bought the entire $60 dollar package. Installed the component and all the plugins. Created the profiles for export. Click on the export and I get the "blank white screen of nothing".

Running Joomla 3.3.6

NEVER have I had any problems with any components not work. I run a tight ship! Why do the exports not work? Do you not support Joomla 3.3.6?

I would show you a screen shot, but there is nothing to show. However, here is the url I get for profile 2 for an article export: /administrator/index.php?option=com_hexdata&view=profiles&task=export&profileid=2
