Hi,

Please send us your back end and FTP login credentials via Contact Us form, we'll look into it. Or you can also ask your hosting company to increase the memory limit, that would also solve the issue.

Out of memory was created by Christopher Morgan

I'm helping a client export some data from Joomla 2.5 using the HexData tool. When I try to export the content I receive the below error message indicating that the site is out of memory. Is there anything I can do to by pass this or did we need to ask the hosting company for more memory space?

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5537 bytes) in /home/********/public_html/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysqli.php on line 469
