Order Files Upload - Need help edit labels on the cart page

Hi,

When you upload to cart there is a word "File ::" please see attached image.

Can we change the word "File" to the name of the upload field?

Please advise where to change that.

Ich würde gerne diese Umsetzung von John Morgan auch haben. Ich habe auch mehrere Uploads und sie haben auch verschiedene Namen.
Was soll ich dafür tun?
