Marker not showing on Google Map

I can't get the marker to show on my map. The map displays, but with no marker (which is useless as a map). Also no direction option.
I have added marker in Marker Opptions, but can't see where it is appearing because only part of the preview is visible in hte back end.
I have also selected YES for Enable Directions, but the map just appears as a plain map. No marker, no direction input, no info window.

Please check the attached screenshot taken from your website. It's working fine. marker is loading Get direction link is coming up in infowindow. You are using HexMap pro. And this is how it works with directions... Please let me know if you meant something else...

I got it working. I didn't realise I had to accept 'Share location' dialogue
