Plugin not working

I have Joomla 2.5 website. I installed and enabled the plugin, but it is not working. When I create a profile, nothing appears for me to configure it, or chose tables, content, etc. All I get is Select Plugin, and Title.

By the way; your email form is not working in your support page. You click on submit and nothing happens.

Thanks for contacting us, I've sent an email to you, please go through that. It seems to be a conflict with AJAX call.

I'm having this same issue. There are no tables or anything to configure.

Needless to say, I'm a little frustrated at this point.

It was a jQuery conflict, Issue is sorted out on your server...
