I think that the component purchased should start working without sending around ftp and backend credential.
Don't you think the same?
I purchased that component in order to ease the VM products handling. If that component not even starts working because of a user-check mismatch, you have to solve this issue, rather than ask for backend credentials.

The curl is not enabled on your server, Or the connection to an external server in any particular country is blocked etc. In these cases, we need to check what caused the problem so that we can resolve the issue...

Hello, I have no blocked countries but I can create one user account to let you enter the backend.
Please note that is a test environment, so I need to replicate the procedure on the working one.
Where should I send the access informations?
