Subscribe Check Fails - Cannot activate purchased vData component

Hello,

I have recently purchased the component vData and I have downloaded and installed it in my joomla setup, but am I unable to validate the component because in the step 'Subscription Check' the login fails and I get the following error message 'You do not have a subscription. Please click on Redirect to subscribe now.'

I have an active subscription under the account I am using to post this message, I have added additional information of my purchase below:



I do not understand why my subscription is not validated!! I need a solution for this problem ASAP!!!
