I am aware that I can set custom size. But lowering custom size dont output proper design for us.

And I asked how can website owner have pdf output. I am aware that customer or frontend user can save design to pdf. But after a customer saved their design to cart, how can owner have the design in pdf?

So from email discussion its clear that vDesginer can not output large print file and I have been asked to use custom size by your team emails for weeks. Which is useless because then canvas then dont keep whole design background image. So no proper output of design file!

I am not sure who are receiving my mails. Because I am sure they way I first explained(which is months ago) anyone could understand that vDesigner can not produce large size design.

Can we please discuss our problem here on forum. Because I am not getting proper answers from email discussion. Pleae check email so you understand our problem and reply here what should be our solution.

If vDesigner dont have proper function, then please reply correctly.

Hi Keith,
It's quite possible to output large print files with vDesigner. You need to enter the exact size in vDesigner parameters in backend. It would display the same size canvas in frontend.

But when a product height 5 times bigger then width, like 7000px, customer can not see design comfortably. Even on big screen. They will have to keep scrolling top to bottom/bottom to top, which is very annoying and not a easy way to design.

And owner can't have pdf result is quite drawback.
