K2 Review Module not working

Please can you explain how to set up 1.9.2 for use in K2 items. The reviews show but the submit-review module does not show in item?

There is an option in k2 plugin to show hide review form on listing/detail page, Please check what you have chosen there.

Yeah I've enabled it and amended the profile but still nothing.
I used to have the module in a tab at the bottom, it would be nice if that still worked. If you email me I'll send you admin login details

Ok I have gotten it to work but I had to disable CAPTURE which is not ideal

If you look at the page link i gave you will see how there are 3 tabs at the bottom of the page
- Ask A question
- Read a Review
- Submit a Review

I'd really like the review form to display on that TAB but because the module doesn't work I can't insert it there?

Module works on detail page only, To display it on listing page, you must have plugin.

What about the capture problem?
