No working aymore...

I saw another thread that you guys posted about turning off the jQuery load and I tried it which still didn't work. The only difference is that you don't see the loader but the page stayed the same. Regarding to the Global Error display are you referring to the System->Global Configuration->Server Tab->Error Reporting drop down menu? I set this to NONE and it still doesnt work

Did you try the below combination:
jQuery load => Turned off
System->Global Configuration->Server Tab->Error Reporting => None

If it doesn't work, We would require backend access. We can also work on any development server you set up with vquiz for issue correction.

Yes...both Error Reporting and jQuery is OFF. (See attachments). I don't have permission to give out our backend access to our site or server.

I'm sorry I meant Error reporting -> None and jQuery -> Turned On

If It doesn't work, Install Firebug Addon In Firefox and take a screenshot as explained below in Screenshot.

Once the quiz is selected there's already errors in the console...and when I click on the CONTINUE button nothing happens nor is there any error in the firebug console.

Please check the firebug console when you see the loading icon. And as per the screenshots shared, I can see other extensions installed on your site are throwing errors e.g. lightbox, foundation.min.js ( these are possibly the reason )
