Please check the attached screenshot. Disable jQuery loading in vQuiz configuration and check if It's working fine now. If it still doesn't work. We'll have to check it on your server.

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately the solution didn't help. I'm sorry to say that our company can't grand access to third parties to our server. I'm sad to say that the conclusion is that the great product you are offering doesn't work in our environment. Unless there is an other option Iwould like to ask for a refund.
with kind regards,
Joris

Hi Joris,
Can you create a copy of your site on any development server of yours, so that we could check it there, Then you can copy the changes yourself to your live site.

Hi Daniel,
That is way too much work for the plugin to work, there are more plugins that offer quizzes. So I want to ask for a refund since the product doesn't work as specified.

I did, I don't see a problem for the refund. Case is simple... I bought a plugin wich is advertised for Joomla 3.x. The plugin doesn't work as advertised so I ask for a refund.
[strike]our client didn't go for it.[/strike]
[strike]You've changed your mind.[/strike]
[strike]You've decided our Products is "Not what I need".[/strike]
[strike]You've decided to stop using Joomla.[/strike]
[strike]Your server does not meet minimum system requirements.[/strike]
[strike]You don't have the time to implement product on your site.[/strike]
You've found a different solution. --> only because your product doesn't work
[strike]You made some customizations and modifications and now our product isn't working.[/strike]
Any refund requests made AFTER the 14 day period will NOT be considered for a refund. --> did that almost two weeks ago
[strike]You are testing / using on a localhost and cannot get it to work.[/strike]
[strike]You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected to or installed on your Joomla website (Templates, Components, Modules, and Plugins).[/strike]
For solving the issues FTP and admin login details are mandatory (teamviewer and VPN or any remote desktop are not allowed ) if you cant provide the ftp details and admin then we will not refund in this case. --> Lets see.... grant a third party access to the company server...... Don't think so....
