vDesigner doesn't work

I left you a message on your support ticket system but I didn’t get a message back.

vDesigner is faulty and not working.
Besides, on your demo site, your plugin doesn’t work either.

Your plugin causes this error : "vmError: Plugin plgVmCustomVdesigner must be updated, called in vmcustomplugin.php OnStoreProduct " and and nothing works as you sell it. My browser too shows 24 errors and lots of XML parsing errors: malformed

Please answer and repair your plugin or refund me $ 119 for 6 months for a product that doesn't work.

No i won't share with you my login credentials when it's your product that doesn't work as expected.
With the screenshots I’ve provided, it’s not hard to see that vDesigner is faulty.

I downloaded and installed the plugin vDesigner as it is used to do. I followed your instructions.
If error messages appear, this is not a plugin parameter issue. It is your plugin that is not well coded.
Test and update your product on your own facility otherwise refund me.

I give you 1 hour to let me know your intentions before requesting the cancellation of my payment to Paypal.
