ERROR - "Another category with the same parent category has the same alias"

Is there a fix for this? I am having the same problem - very frustrating!

Please remove the second row of your CSV file in which you have added the first data of the row and change the column #_categories_title value ROOT to ROOT1, please let us know in case of any query.

Please feel free to revert back in case of any query.
