One-time verification doesn't work after install

Hello,
I purchased and installed vChart, and I installed it in Joomla. However, I only get this screen:

I tried several times to insert the same e-mail and password I used for this website, I tried it in Chrome and Firefox, it simply processes for 1 second and returns me to the initial screen.

How do I get rid of it? I sent a support request, but so far I didn't receive any answer.
I can't even begin to use the add-on

Apologies for the delay, An email has been sent to you, Please check. Are you installing it on Localhost and the PC is connected with Internet?

I have just received the e-mail with a modified package. It resolved the issue.
The joomla is on VirtualBox (lubuntu), the host computer is on company LAN, however both the host and the virtualbox guest have internet access.

Package has been sent to your registered Email ID.

It's the same issue here.

Just installed 2.9.4 and I'm not able to verify.

I changed my wdm passwd - the same issue.
