Hello, I suggest that there is a special option available for each quiz to allow / deny the customer the ability to customize the name on the certificate.
Currently, the user can customize the name that appears on the certificate when he clicks the button to send the certificate or when he clicks the button to download the certificate and there is no way of preventing it.
