Error on Dashboard page on New install

When trying to access the dashboard from the admin area I get the following error:

error on line 20 at column 61: EntityRef: expecting ';'
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

I am using vData 2.9.10 and Joomla 3.6.5

Please enabled php_com_dotnet PHP extension on your server. It will resolve the issue.

That is not possible for me to do.

I tried installing your component on a different server and I have had a worse situation. On the new server my admin area is now totally unavailable.
