Vdesigner malfunctioning mobile version

reflected a serious problem from the mobile version. Let me explain: if you click on you online design files from the PC working properly, instead of movable stop remains on the configurator initialization screen without showing the application. This is displayed only when you press the refresh button from the mobile browser.
This is a problem because my potential clients could get out without completing the purchase.
