when i click IMPORT NOW - nothing? - any advice? - i'm on localhost

Please check the question 9 here: www.wdmtech.com/hexdata#faq
Please go to plugin manager and check if HexData plugins are disabled. If disabled please enable these.
If it doesn't solve issues, Please send us screenshots.
